New web resources available for students and parents.

The sites below are linked under the Parent tab on the navigation bar.

WhatWillTheyLearn.com

WhatWillTheyLearn.com was originally launched in August 2009 by the American Council of Trustees and Alumni (ACTA), an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to academic excellence.  This website serves as a college-guide to find out which universities make sure their students learn what they need to know in order to be successful in today’s economy.

CareerZoomKansas.com

The Kansas Board of Regents operates CareerZoomKansas.com and provides links to dozens of public technical colleges, community colleges and universities across the state.  Students can use CareerZoom Kansas to find out what career training programs are available within their fields of interest and in the geographic area in which they want to study.  CareerZoom Kansas is part of an online continuum including the Kansas Career Pipeline (KansasCareerPipeline.org), helping people identify career skills and interests; and KansasWorks (kansasworks.com), connecting job seekers with Kansas employers.

www.eligibilitycenter.org

Student-athletes that would like to participate in NCAA Division I or II athletics will need to register at www.eligibilitycenter.org.  By doing so and letting Student Services know that you are registered, we can be sure that you are taking the appropriate classes in high school in order to be eligible and we will provide proof of such when students are recruited.
