Enrollment Letter

Online Enrollment is open again for USD 204 Bonner Springs/Edwardsville.  You need to review and make changes to information for all of your children after you have logged in to Skyward.  If you need a username and password, please email onlineenrollment@usd204.net We will not give username and password information over the phone.

Skyward Information:

  1. When you log in, you will have one account (username/password) for your entire family. At the top of the screen you will see the name of one of your children. Just click the drop down arrow and then select the other members of your family.
  2. There is a new online registration/enrollment portal. It is now broken into steps and it will need to be done for each child. If you change the family information for one child you won’t have to change it for the others. Click on the link in the center of the page that says “Start Registration for ……” or by clicking on the link on the left side of the page that says Register for 2012-13.
  3. Follow the steps for enrollment. There will be several steps at the end to complete for making online payments. You only need to do the “Make a Food Service Payment” once for the entire family.
  4. When you select “Make a Fee Payment” you will be directed to a screen that will show you the current fees for your child. If you have an approved waiver for 2012-2013 then the technology fee will be the only fee waived this year. You will need to pay the required fees of (Technology Resource Fee and/or for the secondary schools the Class Fee). On the lower left there is a button that says to add additional charges. These charges are for optional fees like the athletic participation fee, yearbook, Orange Crush, High School parking pass, etc. You will have the option of selecting the fee(s) that you will want to pay at this time. Once you select the fees and then select “Pay with RevTrak” you will be directed to RevTrak. This is where you can complete the process for paying by credit card.
  5. With this system you will need to pay for each child’s fees separately, but you will only need to pay for the food service once as it will apply towards the entire family.
