This yr., as a school we will be focusing on helping our students become leaders at home, at school, and in our community.  Our Crew Meetings and Community meetings will be focusing on The 7 Habits of a Highly Effective Teenager.  We will be using children's literature and hands on activities to make the 7 Habits kid friendly. 

Also, this yr., we will be focusing on sitting goals with our students.  Each student will be asked to make a dream goal (what they want to be when they grow up) and short term goals for school.  They are going to be asked to identify ways they will accomplish their goals, how their teachers can help them accomplish their goals and how you as a parent will help them accomplish their goals!
